This tour only requires a $1500.00 non-refundable deposit per person that can be canceled free of charge within 72 hours of booking.  Additional payments are due June 1st/2026 and the final balance due August 1st/2026.  Name changes (substitute traveler) will be permitted FREE of charge, for the Land Package (not flight), until 30 days prior to departure. You can log into your account to set-up additional weekly or monthly payments if desired. We highly recommend all fans consider adding travel insurance. Customers will need to purchase travel insurance as it is not included in your base travel package. During the Fan Tour online check out process, the opportunity to add travel insurance will be offered via a third-party travel insurance provider. You are not required to use this insurance offering but it is an easy addition to your trip purchase.

All Fans receive airport transfers in Helsinki & Stockholm even if they book their own flights.

Once all group flights are sold, additional flights will be based on current pricing and availability at the time of booking so tour pricing could then increase. Upgrades to business class or premium economy need to be booked individually and are not part of the group contract with the airline. You can choose options to upgrade or for Land Only during the registration process.
 

HELSINKI OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

HELSINKI OPTION 1--Tallin, Estonia Day Tour:

Escape to the quaint city of Tallinn on a day trip from the Finnish capital.   Board a ferry in Helsinki and journey(approx. 2 hours) to the Estonian capital , one of the best preserved old towns in Europe. Embark on a sightseeing tour and see landmarks like Kadriorg Park, the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and Toompea Castle. Enjoy free time to explore on your own before taking the ferry back to Helsinki. Buffet Dinner included on return ferry trip and bus transportation to/from your hotel to the dock.  Departure post-breakfast and return post-dinner.

HELSINKI OPTION 2--Finnish Sauna Experience:  Everyone must experience a Sauna while visiting Finland ! "Allas Pool is a lively meeting place that combines urban culture, relaxing by the water and sometimes live music.   We are located right next to the Market Square, surrounded by the sea, offering a place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The heated 25m outdoor swimming pool offers a wide range of opportunities for exercise and relaxation. In the 27-degree water, you can just relax and enjoy the sea views."   

We include the sauna entry, a light lunch, 2 drink vouchers, transportation to and from and a coordinator.

STOCKHOLM OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

STOCKHOLM OPTION 1:   Museum Combo Package :  We have combined 3 great sightseeing "Must Do's" into one great Stockholm sightseeing day for you. a) Abba Museum:  This ticket includes entry to the museum plus the additional cinema pass. The Cinema is located inside the exhibition. The cinema ticket also includes a visit to the Mamma Mia! exhibit, behind The Movie Magic, right before the movie starts. Audio Guides are also included. b) Vasa Museum:  The Vasa ship capsized and sank in Stockholm in 1628. After 333 years on the seabed the mighty warship was salvaged so the voyage could continue. Today Vasa is the world's best preserved 17th century ship and the most visited museum in Scandinavia. It is one of the main tourist attractions in Stockholm. c) Ice Bar:  The entry fee includes a cocktail served in a glass made of ice. Non-alcoholic alternatives are always available. Great photo opportunities. 

STOCKHOLM OPTION 2:  Stockholm Food Tour :  This guided walk will give you a fantastic opportunity to explore some of Sweden's best food. You will taste delicious food samples at specially selected locations while learning about the food, history and culture. This tour will take place at Sodermalm, the working-class neighborhood that has turned bohemian-chic and is packed with vibrant new restaurants. There will be 5-7 different taste stops on the tour. Together the samples add up to a perfect early dinner or late lunch.  Food Stops could vary from above. 

STOCKHOLM OPTION 3:  Half Day Tour to Vaxholm:   This tour is perfect to see the islands and many summer houses throughout the Swedish Archipelago.   You will take a Private Charter Boat to the resort town of Vaxholm, have free time for photos of the fortress and enjoy the shops and small town feel.  This tour will also include a traditional Swedish Meatball lunch in Vaxholm and some entertainment on board the historical boat on the return ride home.  The boat ride takes about 1.0 to 1.5 hours each way and the tour will last approx. 5-6 hours during the day.

Limited space available on all tours.  We also include bus transportation to and from the hotel and coordinators for all Optional Add-Ons.
