Additional payments are due June 1, 2026, with the final balance due August 1, 2026. Guests can log into their account at any time to set up weekly or monthly payment plans.

Name changes (substitute travelers) are permitted at no cost for the land package (flights excluded) up to 30 days prior to departure.

All Fans receive airport transfers in Stockholm & Helsinki even if they book their own flights.

Once all group flights are sold, additional flights will be based on current pricing and availability at the time of booking so tour pricing could then increase. Upgrades to business class or premium economy need to be booked individually and are not part of the group contract with the airline. You can choose options to upgrade or for Land Only during the registration process.

HELSINKI OPTION 1--Tallinn, Estonia Day Tour:

Escape to the quaint city of Tallinn on a day trip from the Finnish capital. Board a ferry in Helsinki and journey (approx. 2 hours) to the Estonian capital, one of the best-preserved old towns in Europe. Embark on a sightseeing tour and see landmarks like Kadriorg Park, the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and Toompea Castle. Enjoy free time to explore on your own before taking the ferry back to Helsinki.

Includes guided city tour, buffet dinner on return boat ride, round-trip transportation.

HELSINKI OPTION 2--Finnish Sauna Experience:  

Everyone must experience a Sauna while visiting Finland! Allas Pool is a lively meeting place that combines urban culture, relaxing by the water and sometimes live music. The sauna is located right next to the Market Square, surrounded by the sea, offering a place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. STOCKHOLM OPTION 1--Museum Combo Package:  

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Stockholm with three of the city’s top must-see attractions combined into one experience. Visit ABBA The Museum, where your ticket includes entry plus access to the in-house cinema and the Mamma Mia! exhibit, along with an audio guide. Continue to the iconic Vasa Museum, home to the remarkably preserved 17th-century warship that sank in 1628 and was recovered after 333 years. End your day at the unique ICEBAR Stockholm, where admission includes a cocktail served in a glass made entirely of ice, with non-alcoholic options available. This experience also offers great photo opportunities throughout.

STOCKHOLM OPTION 2--Stockholm Food Tour:  

Discover the flavors of Sweden on a guided walking tour through Södermalm, a once working-class district now known for its trendy, bohemian atmosphere and vibrant dining scene. Along the way, enjoy 5–7 carefully selected tasting stops featuring a variety of local specialties while learning about Swedish cuisine, history, and culture. The combined tastings make for a satisfying early dinner or late lunch. Food stops may vary depending on availability.

STOCKHOLM OPTION 3--Half Day Tour to Vaxholm (5-6 hours):   
Explore the beauty of the Swedish archipelago on a half-day excursion from Stockholm. Travel by private charter boat to the charming seaside town of Vaxholm, known for its picturesque setting and historic fortress. Enjoy free time to stroll, take photos, and browse local shops while soaking in the small-town atmosphere. The tour includes a traditional Swedish meatball lunch in Vaxholm, as well as entertainment onboard during the return journey on a historic boat. The boat ride takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours each way.
