This tour only requires a $1000.00 deposit per person that can be canceled free of charge up until July 1st, 2024. Name changes (substitute traveler) will be permitted FREE of charge until 30 days prior to departure.   The final balance and passport uploads are due August 25, 2024.  Log onto your account to set-up weekly or monthly payments if desired. We recommend all fans consider adding travel insurance. Customers will need to make their own travel insurance arrangements. During the Fan Tour booking process, the opportunity to add travel insurance will be offered to American residents via a third-party travel insurance provider Travelex. Travelex Insurance. The "Select Plan" offered through Travelex is the only travel insurance plan that allows a "Cancel For Any Reason" upgrade to the plan (NOTE: We fully recommend travel insurance). This upgrade lets you cancel for any reason --whatever it may be -- up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure date and provides reimbursement up to 50% of your insured trip costs.  

Florida Panthers Premium Group Flights.  Both options below have the same package prices but offer different preferences for each fan.  You can choose your preference on the booking form.  Not all preferences can be accommodated.

Once all group flights are sold,  additional flights will be based on current pricing and availability at the time of booking so tour pricing could then increase.    Upgrades  to business class or premium economy need to be booked individually and are not part of the group contract with the airline.  

Suomenlinna Sea Fortress and Sauna Half Day Tour (Helsinki):

Situated on a group of islands off of Helsinki, Suomenlinna was built during the Swedish era as a maritime fortress and a base for the Archipelago Fleet. Work on the fortress began in 1748.  Here is Rough Sample Itinerary:

09.30 Bus transfer from the hotel by bus

10.00  Ferry departure from Kauppatori

10.20  Arrival to Suomenlinna, 1 hour guided tour + 40 minutes free time

12.00  Ferry departure back to Kauppatori

12.20  Bus transfer from Kauppatori to Sauna Centre

12.45  Sauna experience for max. 2 hours

15.00  Bus transfer back to hotel

Includes Bus,  Private Charter Boat, English Guide and sauna ticket. (if you do not want to enjoy the Sauna Experience , we will substitute with Food and/or Beverage)

Finnish Food Tour:   Your tour will start in front of the Old Market Hall (Vanha kauppahalli), where you will receive a great overview about the local cuisine. You can sense the aromas of cured salmon, local cheese and smoked reindeer among others. After that your guide will share with you some local tips at the Market Square (Kauppatori). On this approximately two-hour tour, we will stroll the most beautiful streets of Helsinki center like Esplanadi and Bulevardi, pass through the Design District Helsinki as well as the idyllic art nouveau neighborhood of Punavuori to finish the tour at the Hietalahti Market Hall. While there you can enjoy an after-tour lunch or go shopping for organic and local food delicacies. On the way you will get a taste of local specialties from selected specialty stores where you will have the chance to sample local fish, reindeer, salmiakki (Finnish salt liquorice), chocolate, cheese, fresh bread and healthy treats with good vitamins. At all the stops you will have time for food souvenir shopping. 

Depart Miami for Helsinki, Finland.

Arrival in Helsinki. Met by bus and coordinator. Transfer to hotel and check in no earlier than 3:00 pm.   Meet all your fellow tour members and free night on your own.
